Galveston and The Woodlands
About a month ago, Kevin was teaching a continuing education course in Galveston, so we decided to take the kids and make a weekend of it. We stopped at NASA on the way to Galveston. It has changed drastically since the last time I had been there. It is very kid friendly and has a 5-story playscape! We had a great time exploring outer space. Saturday, I took the kids to Moody Gardens but we don't have any good pictures to post from there (I actually only got the camera out once and that was when we were walking outside in the gardens). We toured the aquarium, the rain forest and then decided it was time for a rest. After Megan napped, we went to the beach for some splash time. By the time we were finished there, Kevin was done teaching and ready to join us in the fun for dinner. We had a great time in Galveston and Sunday, we went to The Woodlands to see Jacob for the first time. He really does resemble both his brothers and was very alert and so so sweet.
