The last couple months of school were rough for our kids for a number of reasons. As many of you know, both of the kids had challenges in their classrooms this year. Thankfully, amidst all of the changes, both Tyler and Megan developed great friendships this year. The fact that their friends remained constant all year was an incredible blessing.
Megan had another bad asthma episode towards the end of the year. After a month of tons of medications, breathing treatments, and steroids among other things, she finally started feeling better. However the picture of her below is what we saw a lot in April and May. It is the first time she has had to miss out on some fun activities and events because of asthma. She really(!!!) didn't like that. Thankfully, we have wonderful and attentive doctors who led us every step of the way and we finally feel like we have a better handle on the treatment. Even better, she is back to feeling better and has finally started sleeping again!
More fun posts to come. We are so ready for summer and are embracing it fully!
