Heroes Celebration

We attempted bluebonnet pictures at Camp Mabry the day of the Heroes Celebration. However, we missed their prime this year. Most of the bluebonnets had already started podding (probably not really a word) back up. We took pictures anyway and here are a few. Next year, we will make more of an effort.


Last year we happened upon this awesome event at Camp Mabry and had such a great time we have been looking forward to it all year. We were so excited to see the big banner advertising the event again this year. There are tons of helicopters to climb in, other emergency vehicles, search and rescue dog demonstrations and so much more. Once again, we had a fabulous time.
